Born and raised in Kenya, I have spent the last 25 years living overseas, where I cultivated a deep love for learning and a passion for empowering others through education. My extensive professional background includes leading significant projects at very large operationally complex organisations
Driven by my desire to give back to her roots, I founded Global Talent Pathways to help African students achieve their educational dreams in New Zealand. With my unique blend of cultural awareness, project management expertise, and a commitment to excellence, I am dedicated to guiding students through every step of their journey, ensuring they receive a world-class education and a transformative experience in New Zealand.
I am a professionally accredited Incorporated Engineer with the Engineering Council of the United Kingdom, member of the Institution of Engineering Designers, and member of the Project Management Institute (NZ Chapter). I have over 30 years’ experience developing, managing and leading teams and projects. My expertise includes mentoring, coaching and strategic career development for aspiring young professionals.
The skills I bring to GTP include my ability to provide quality and assurance of the education transition process, mentorship and study/work pastoral care.
I am an experienced operations and administration professional with over 14 years of supporting organisations across government, healthcare, education, community services, and private enterprise. Throughout my career, I have built strong systems, streamlined workflows, and provided dependable operational support that helps teams work more effectively and deliver with excellence.
I am passionate about creating structure, improving efficiency, and making sure the right processes are in place to support both people and outcomes.
